The sterilizer with three layers of annular & coil tubes has compact structures, with small occupation space, ability for continuous production, extremely short heat duration, and no damages of original taste and nutrition components of raw materials. As  two cold & contraction when under heating status, The eddy current effect prolongs the working life of device and decreases the cost for maintenance. As two cold & hot exchange as well as the inner special structure of coil pipes, The eddy current effect brings the device with high heat efficiency, and heat recovery rate of up to 86%. Special CIP procedures ensure that all parts of this device are always under sterility monitoring status. After homogenization for two times, this device will be connected in series with the high-pressure homogenizer for wide applications, which can be used for sterilization of materilals with high viscosity in such industries as foodstuff sector, chemical industry and medical sector.
